The service

AskErina is an AI phone assistant that you use from Grok or ChatGPT.

Protect me

When you turn on call forwarding, Erina answers your unknown and missed calls, says she is an AI and that the call is recorded and transcribed, screens scams and sales, and tells you what matters. The service helps screen scam calls; it does not guarantee that every scam call is stopped.

Protect a loved one

The same screening for another adult's phone (18 or older), with that person's own consent. Protection starts only after that person confirms their own phone number with a one-time code and agrees, and ends when they reply STOP. Text messages follow the AskErina Guard alerts SMS Terms: texts only about important calls (a real person or an urgent matter); everything else goes into the summary in Grok or ChatGPT.

Call for me (when available)

At your request, Erina calls a business (restaurant, clinic, shop or service) on your behalf, says at the start of the call that she is an AI and that the call is recorded and transcribed, and reports back. She calls businesses only, not private individuals, and makes no marketing calls. You are responsible for what you ask Erina to do on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use AskErina. The service is not for anyone under 18.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. We receive from them the account identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email address. We never see your Apple or Google password.

Independence

AskErina is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI, OpenAI or Anthropic.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss resulting from a scam call that was not detected or stopped. Our total liability is limited to USD 50. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury, fraud, or consumer rights you cannot waive.
